 Policies have been implemented to ensure a hassle-free and genuine purchasing experience.


PROCESSING 

 Please allow 7-14 business days for us to prepare your order. Understand that the processing time occurs BEFORE the order is shipped and does NOT include the shipping time. Processing consist of payment verification, receiving product from our trusted suppliers, Inspecting the products for quality control, and preparations for shipment. 


SHIPPING 

Once processing is complete your order will be shipped with UPS or USPS that will take 3-7 business days. You will receive an order fulfillment email once the order has shipped which includes a tracking number.

 **Please be advised that during sales and major restock processing can take anywhere from 8-15 business days and shipping 4-10 business days 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays which are considered non business days. 


**IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION**

Bella Nicole Luxury Collection is NOT responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must communicate with the United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS/UPS. If you selected Route Protect at checkout your package is fully covered from loss, damage, or theft for the subtotal amount. You must submit your claim through Route.

Bella Nicole Luxury Collection is NOT responsible for packages after they have been shipped.

Bella Nicole Luxury Collection is NOT responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

If items have not been received on the expected date, utilize the tracking number to locate the package or contact your local post office/UPS.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to  Bella Nicole Luxury Collection you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit/refund will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.
